One of the method uses lambda bacteriophage for induc tion of coding gene for T4 RNA polymerase and another method involved in direct insertion of gene within chromosome. It is most used method due to production of proteins in large quantity, that present in T7 promoter and have only binding sites for RNA polymerase.(Moffatt.
